Each morning will start with a group activity to get our minds and bodies warmed up, followed by breakfast. The main room at 501 Union will be open every day for co-working, collaboration and networking from 10am - 4pm. We will break bread together each afternoon. Pop-up panels and workshops will be happening through the day and into the evening.

Yoga Class

Join us for a group yoga session in 501 Union's main room taught by Hope Mirlis of A More Perfect Union. Nothing says ‘Love Union’ more than a heart-centered practice. Focusing on the heart chakra (anahata) and the solar plexus/belly (manipura) we will release tension in the shoulders and open across the chest and back. This yoga practice is perfect for all levels to energize the body, lift your spirits and prepare for you for a day of networking, collaboration and inspiration! Bring your own mat.

Check-In and Breakfast

Check-in and meet up over coffee and a breakfast spread provided by Purslane Catering. Be sure to sign up for the day's activities in the cocktail lounge!

501's light filled main room will be set up with communal tables, cozy lounge areas and plenty of wifi so you can jam out on some projects. Or just set up all day at our puzzle table.

Panel: Why I Believe in Community Over Competition

The case for acknowledging, befriending, and talking up your awesome competition to boost your business. Moderated by Megan Elizabeth, local Brooklyn artist and North Eastern Regional Director for Honeybook + Rising Tide Society, and featuring Kate Bancroft of Kate Alison Photo, Alison Semmler of Lifestyle Maven Events, Marina Warner, lawyer for creatives, Danielle Voisin of Lace and Scone, and Catherine Schiff of Bayith.

This panel will take place in the main room.
