A full day of sitting and chatting and eating mixes well with an opportunity for moving your body, so come to Midday Movement with HanaKylefor a 30 minute stretch break. Breathing and stretching (aka yoga) engages a different part of the brain, and encourages circulation in the body, so you will feel refreshed and ready to continue to connect and create for the remainder of each day. Show up as you are; we’ll stand and/or sit in chairs. No need for a change of clothes or a fancy mat. Everyone is welcome!
