Each morning will start with a group activity to get our minds and bodies warmed up, followed by breakfast. The main room at 501 Union will be open every day for co-working, collaboration and networking from 10am - 4pm. We will break bread together each afternoon. Pop-up panels and workshops will be happening through the day and into the evening.

Some workshops require advance registration, noted below.

Lauren Fremont of Loli Events

As an entrepreneur (no matter how long you've been in business) you never truly know when your next big client is coming. The concept of feast or famine is a real one, but you can implement simple ways to manage your small business cash flow and make sure you are always comfortable.  Lauren will talk about easy ways to set up spreadsheets for yourself so that you are budgeting properly for the year.  You will know when you can put money into marketing, additional staffing and that little getaway you need. As New Yorkers it feels like we are constantly bleeding out money, so to know where and when it is coming and going, will allow you to run your business with more confidence!
